All-Source/Targeting:

Intrepid's All-Source/Targeting Analysts utilize all-source intelligence data and law enforcement information, public records, and open source information to conduct link analyses of networks (people, companies, and transportation infrastructure) that may be engaged in illicit activity or pose a threat to the our nation. Our analysts work across the fields of Counterterrorism, Counter Drug, and Homeland Threat.

Biometrics:

Intrepid's Biometrics Analysts work with national intelligence Biometrics data received from collections systems and capabilities to perform critical analysis and produce key reports for our nations' Defense and Intelligence Communities.

GEOINT:

GEOINT Our Geospatial Analysts produce imagery and GIS tailored products on a wide range of topics including counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, international smuggling and borders, and search and rescue.

GEOPOLITICAL:

Our Geopolitical Analysts produce a wide-range of analytic products from Health and Infectious Disease, Law Enforcement Spatial Analysis to Resource Trend Analysis and Piracy.

HUMINT/CI:

Intrepid's HUMINT/CI analysts work across the broad and diverse issues with respect to foreign cultures and foreign intelligence activity including foreign denial and deception tactics and methodologies.

Threat Intelligence:

Threat Intelligence Our Threat Analysts work on the front lines of Homeland Security expanding our nation's expertise on transnational threats to critical information, infrastructure, property, and our economy.

CYBER:

Cyber Security Analysis:

Cyber Security Our Cyber Analysts are decisively engaged in the safeguarding our nation's Information Grid and critical components of US industry specifically nuclear and non-nuclear power plants, petrochemical facilities, water purification facilities, undersea cables within US waters; and global threats posed by select transnational and domestic terrorist organizations.

Cyber Technology Test and Evaluation:

Cyber Technology Test and Evaluation Intrepid conducts tests of cyber capabilities to determine a system's effectiveness, suitability, and Evaluated Level of Assurance to satisfy quick reaction capabilities and evolving real-world mission requirements. Our cyber support services encompass the full range of cyber operations including computer network attack, computer network defense, and computer network exploitation.

Information Technology

Software Development – Application Development and Integration:

Software Development Intrepid Solutions will help you define your application development and integration requirements and will develop and implement solutions that increase productivity and return on technology investment. Intrepid Solutions delivers solutions for Microsoft applications and technologies such as SharePoint, BizTalk, Exchange, Active Directory, and .Net Framework development.

Program and Project Management:

Program and Project Management Intrepid Solutions effectively implements Project Management Institute (PMI) practices to reduce IT deployment risks and complete projects on-time and within budget. Intrepid has successfully planned and implemented IT projects for government organizations including the US Air Force, the US Army, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Risk-Averse Enterprise Consolidation, Migration Tools and Applications:

Business Process Re-Engineering Intrepid Solutions specializes in migrating Microsoft Active Directory users, workstations, and servers and Microsoft Exchange e-mail and data with minimum user impact. We have migrated military intelligence organizations during contingencies with no detrimental impact to mission operations. Intrepid Solutions can design and implement your migration solution in a manner that reduces the risks of transitioning critical information technology assets to a new data center or to the cloud.

Enterprise Systems –
Architecture, Engineering, Management, and Operations Support:

Enterprise Systems Intrepid Solutions is experienced in performing assessments of critical enterprise architectures, engineering solutions that address mission requirements, and transitioning those solutions into operations. For example, we perform pre-migration testing to ensure sufficient rights, trusts, and free disk space are available to complete the migrations, and we deploy technologies that automate the online migration of data and printers with their security settings intact. In operational environments, Intrepid Solutions implements technologies that help you achieve and sustain FISMA compliance by implementing secure, automated and auditable internal controls over granting access to network resources.

Course Instruction Intrepid develops Courses of Instruction for customers across the Defense and Intelligence Communities, relevant to recognized and accepted standards; over a broad array of topics and through a variety of mediums from Class Room instruction to remote/distance e-learning.

Curriculum Development:

Curriculum Development Intrepid Develops Curriculum for a variety of Defense and Intelligence Community customers across a broad range of topics from HUMINT/CI Targeting Officer Training to Instruction for Pentagon Requirements Officers in processes such as JCIDS.

Training Management:

Training Management We provide full administrative, planning, logistics and implementation support for developing analyses, studies, reports and recommendations for our customer's programs. We provide concept development to include the impact of changing missions and national intelligence priorities, emerging technologies/systems, and evaluate the impact on existing or planned training programs. We analyze, model and recommend improvements to these programs in projected mission tasking environments.

Training Administration:

Intrepid supports a wide-range of training administration functions for our customers. We conduct briefings, working groups, conferences, site visits, program inspections and reviews. We execute off-site coordination, communication, and outreach planning. We support the processing of all travel (including DTS) requirements. We support development of Memoranda of Understanding/Agreement, Installation Supply and Support Agreements. We also support resource initiatives covering all budget phases. Intrepid supports technical /engineering reports, technical databases, logistics, and cost benefit analyses. We also focus on quarterly and annual training plans and quarterly execution reports. Additionally, we develop and maintain support of unclassified and classified web pages, web sites and databases.

Sustainment:

Administrative & Security:

Administrative & Security Intrepid provides routine world-class administrative support across myriad functional areas for our customers, from headquarters operations to field elements, recruiting/hiring functions to mail-room and basic logistic support. We perform all tasks relative to security clearance procedures. We conduct individual clearance processing for specific customers. We perform a full range of tasks relative to personnel policy, policy development, program planning and evaluation. We facilitate recruitment and staffing, personnel services and employee relations. Our efforts support employee development, manpower and position management, and job analysis and workforce planning and analysis.

Force Management:

Intrepid provides the finest support to the Force Management and Force Integration processes. Our support includes research of concepts and force development, analysis of strategic and operational requirements, training, planning and programming. We also develop world-class decision support tools and manpower/equipment surveys. We provide analytical support to concept and doctrine development and force structure design. Our support includes force structuring and system modernization, planning, development, acquisition, production, testing, fielding, operations, maintenance and retirement of organizations and systems. We make improvement recommendation to current and planned Command organizations, regarding strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence issues.

Resource Management:

Resource Management Intrepid provides senior-level functional support in the development, preparation, review, analysis, coordination and maintenance of data used in PPBE processes. We focus our analysis and recommendation on strategies and courses of action to support increases or decreases in required manpower, financial resources, and react to changing mission requirements and tasking.

Test & Evaluation Intrepid supports testing and evaluation of classified and secure systems (including Cyber Systems) to evaluate the systems' Mission Performance, Functionality, Operational Fit, Survivability and Vulnerability, Reliability/Availability/Maintainability, Logistics Supportability, MANPRINT, Means of Employment, Interoperability, Software Considerations, Electronic and System Security, Configuration Management, Documentation, and Training.
